A Swedish chest of drawers dating from the early 1900s, circa 1900–1910, with an elegant design. The piece features a geometric carved trim around the top and four spacious drawers, each retaining its original brass handles and escutcheons, which provide a beautiful contrast against the deep black finish. The tapered, fluted legs and simple architectural lines are characteristic of the refined Swedish furniture of the period. A versatile and beautifully proportioned piece that would work equally well in a bedroom, hallway, dressing room or living space. Size: H81 cm x W110 cm x D50 cm
