Very elegant hollowed terracotta sculpture of a nude young man kneeling down, 1950s French. The artist achieved a smooth terracotta finish of the young man by contrast with the textures on the cloth the young man is holding. It is a beautiful capture of the natural curves and movements of the body with very realistic proportion.
