Antique 18th Century Trunk-Coffer With Dome Top And Ornate Metal Work

Magnificent Baroque trunk-coffer made of solid oak with a dome curved lid top, decorated with iron ribbons ands and foliage.
The original key and the lock mechanism are in perfect working condition. Each side of the trunk is fitted with iron carrying handles.
Signs of use and marks throughout commensurate with age. The visible cracks naturally occurred with the shrinkage of the oak over the last three centuries.
